Delete your Acatro account

This is permanent. Read what happens before you confirm.

What is erased

Your name, mobile number and email address
Every saved address — building, flat, landmark, delivery instructions and the map pin
Your favourites and your notification history
Every device we could send you notifications on
Every signed-in session, on every phone and browser

What is kept, and why

Your past orders, payments and refunds are kept. They are billing records and we are required to keep them — but your personal details are removed from them, so they no longer identify you. Signing up again with the same number creates a new account; it does not bring this one back.

If you have an order in progress, deletion waits until it is delivered or cancelled. We cannot erase an address a delivery partner is on their way to.

We ask you to sign in first so that only you can delete your account. It is the same one-time code you use to order — you do not need the app installed.

Cannot sign in any more? Email support@acatro.innovertech.com from the address on your account, or write to us with your mobile number, and we will delete it for you.
