Acatro is a delivery-only food-ordering service. This page describes exactly what the Acatro apps and this website collect, why each item is needed, who it is given to, and how to have it removed. It describes what the software actually does — where a thing is not collected, it says so.

1. What we collect, and why

Someone else's name and number	Only when you send an order to another person. Used to hand that delivery over, and for nothing else.	Only if you fill it in.
Order history — items, options, prices, times, the outlet, the payment method, refunds, coupons used, ratings you leave	To show you your orders, to settle money with restaurants and delivery partners, and because a completed order is a billing record we are required to keep.	Each order.
Notification token	A token issued by Google so we can send order updates to your handset. It identifies the app install, not you.	When you allow notifications.
Crash diagnostics	When the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics reports the fault: the stack trace, device model and OS version. It is how a crash that happens to a stranger at checkout becomes something we can fix.	On a crash.
App version and platform	Attached to feedback you send, so a bug report says which build it came from.	Only when you send feedback.

The microphone

Voice search opens the microphone only while the listening panel is on screen, and the speech is recognised by your own phone. Acatro receives the text you spoke, the same as if you had typed it. No audio is recorded, uploaded to Acatro, or stored anywhere by us. Closing the panel ends the recording immediately.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your contacts, your photos, your calendar, your SMS messages, your call log, your installed apps, or your precise location outside the address screen. Acatro has no advertising SDK and does not sell or share anything for advertising.

2. Who your information is given to

Only where an order genuinely requires it, and each party sees a different slice:

The restaurant preparing your order sees your name and the rough drop area only — not your full address, not your phone number.
The delivery partner carrying your order sees your name, your full address and your phone number, and only for the trip they have accepted. A partner who has only been offered the trip sees neither your door nor your number.
Google — Firebase for push notifications and crash reports; the Maps, Geocoding and Places services when you search for or confirm an address.
Our messaging provider, to deliver your one-time login code and order updates over WhatsApp or SMS.
Our payment gateway, when you pay online. Card and UPI details are entered with the gateway and are never seen or stored by Acatro; we keep only the payment's reference, amount and outcome.
Law enforcement or a court, where we are legally required to.

3. How long it is kept

Your account details are kept while your account exists. Orders, payments and refunds are kept as financial records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, including after you delete your account — with your personal details removed from them (see below).

4. Deleting your account

You can delete your Acatro account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account in the app, or from https://acatro.innovertech.com/account/delete if you have already uninstalled it.

Erased immediately: your name, mobile number, email address, every saved address including its map pin, your delivery instructions, your favourites, your notification history, every device we could send notifications to, and every signed-in session.

Kept, with you removed from them: your past orders, their items and prices, payments and refunds. These are billing records; we are required to keep them, and after deletion there is nothing in them that identifies you. They cannot be linked back to you, and signing up again with the same number creates a new account rather than restoring the old one.

An order that is still in progress blocks deletion until it is delivered or cancelled — we cannot erase the address a rider is on their way to.

5. Security

The site and the apps talk to our servers over HTTPS. One-time codes are stored hashed and expire. Delivery codes are stored hashed. Signing in issues a token for that handset alone; signing out revokes it, deleting your account revokes all of them, and tokens left unused are collected automatically.

6. Children

Acatro is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it and the app links to this same page, so what you are reading here is always current.
