Terms of Service
Acatro (Innover Infotech) · Effective 2026-08-07
These terms apply when you use the Acatro apps or this website to order food. Using Acatro means you accept them.
1. What Acatro is
Acatro is a delivery-only ordering platform. We connect you with restaurants that cook, and with delivery partners who carry. We do not cook the food. The restaurant is responsible for what it prepares, for its ingredients and allergens, and for the accuracy of what its menu says. There is no dine-in service.
2. Your account
You need an Indian mobile number, and you sign in with a one-time code sent to it. Keep that number and that phone secure — anyone who can receive your code can use your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract under Indian law. One person, one account; accounts created to abuse offers may be closed.
3. Ordering, prices and payment
- Prices are set by the restaurant and shown in rupees, inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery fees, platform fees, taxes and any surge are itemised in your bill before you pay. What the bill shows is what you are charged.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when the restaurant confirms it — and it may be rejected, in which case anything you paid is refunded.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather and kitchen load move them.
- Coupons and offers have their own conditions — a minimum order, an expiry, a usage limit — which are shown before the coupon is applied.
4. Cancellations and refunds
- You can cancel free of charge within a short window after placing an order, before the kitchen has committed to it.
- After that a cancellation fee may apply, because the food is being cooked.
- If the restaurant rejects your order, if we cancel it, or if delivery fails through no fault of yours, any amount paid is refunded in full.
- Refunds go back to the source of payment and typically settle in 3–5 working days, which is the bank's timeline rather than ours.
5. Delivery
Somebody must be reachable at the address you gave. A delivery partner asks for the delivery code shown in your app before handing the order over — that code is what proves the food reached the right person, so share it only at the door. If nobody can be reached and the order cannot be delivered, it may be treated as undeliverable.
6. Food safety and allergies
Menu descriptions, including anything marked vegetarian or non-vegetarian, come from the restaurant. If you have an allergy or a dietary requirement, confirm it with the restaurant — Acatro cannot verify what happens in someone else's kitchen.
7. Using Acatro properly
You agree not to place fraudulent or abusive orders, not to misuse offers or referral credit, not to abuse restaurant staff or delivery partners, and not to attempt to break, scrape or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or close an account that does.
8. Ratings and content
Ratings and feedback you submit may be shown to the restaurant and used to improve the service. Keep them honest and civil; we may remove content that is abusive or false.
9. Liability
We are responsible for running the platform with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or preparation of food cooked by a restaurant, nor for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
10. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time — from Profile → Settings → Delete account in the app, or from this page. What is erased and what is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
These terms may change; the effective date above changes with them, and the app links to this page rather than carrying its own copy, so what you read here is current.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
